Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore, and has since been with American International Assurance (AIA) as a financial services professional for 18 years.

She holds a Diploma in Insurance and is currently Associate District Manager managing a clientele base of more than 500 clients. She specializes in Risk Management through life insurance, Investment Planning, Education Planning and Retirement Planning. She helps her clients identify their financial goals, establish priorities and assist them to achieve these goals to provide a sound foundation for a secured financial future.

Susan has won numerous awards in her career as a Financial Services Consultant, having qualified for the Million Dollar Club almost every year since joining the industry.  In 2008, she went up a notch higher and qualified for a Superstar award. The following year saw her achievement went up leaps and bounds by achieving the highly prestigious Court of the Table (COT). Concurrently, she attained the position as the 3rd runner up for Top Financial Services Consultant Company-wide award. By the end of last year, she has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table, a recognition given to the top 1% of financial services professionals globally.

Happily married to Derek Dunn, former Executive Pastor of City Harvest Church Singapore, they have three wonderful children – 8-year old son Ethan, and two beautiful daughters, Erin and Erika, aged 6 and 5 respectively.

Susan is a passionate volunteer in the church. Having graduated from City Harvest Bible Training Centre, she started her ministry as a Cell Group Leader in 1998. She subsequently became a volunteer zone supervisor; overseeing a community of 12 Cell Group Leaders and more than 200 church members.

She pioneered City Harvest Aircrew Fellowship in 2007 and was able in the span of 4 years raise up 20 core leaders and touched the lives of hundreds of flight attendants, many of whom gave their lives to the Lord and were integrated in the local church.

She is a seasoned platform speaker and preacher – having spoken to audiences both in the religious and secular arena. Together with her husband, they have provided counsel and support to many individuals and married couples.

Susan is especially passionate about the ministry among the women. She has a vision to help women navigate through the different seasons of their lives by practically applying the Word of God and leaning on the Holy Spirit.

Her desire is to see the Christian women of today living out the life of a Proverbs 31 woman. This is the main driving force behind the development of WOW31.org
